Terms and Conditions  
PAYMENT:

We accept EFT or Credit Card. Credit cards or electronic funds transfers will be processed or must be received 21 days prior to check in. All bookings require credit card details to be supplied as a form of bond/surety.

Payments made by Mastercard or Visa will attract an additional charge of 1.5% for merchant fees.
Payments made by American Express attract an additional charge of 3% for merchant fees.

DEPOSIT:
A (AUD) $400.00 deposit is to be paid on confirmation of your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK IN/OUT
Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.
LINEN/POWER/GAS/WATER:
All included in rates. Electricity is capped at $6.00 per day, which is more than adequate for the average guest
TELEPHONE:  
Where a telephone is connected it is set up for local calls only. There is a charge of $2.00 per day to cover outgoing local calls and line rental. For mobile and long distance calls you will need to purchase a calling card available from newsagencies and Post Office.

BROADBAND:

A USB Broadband Roamer is also available at $25 per week or part of or $100 per mth.
 
SERVICING:
A weekly cleaning service is optional for an additional charge at most locations. We do not supply milk/tea/coffee making facilities in any Accommodate properties.
CLEANING:
We require the property to be presented back to us in a clean and tidy state. In the event that the property is not left clean and tidy, your credit card will be charged for the extra time taken by our cleaners. We provide for your convenience basic cleaning items in all properties. Please refer to the file in the property for our departure guidelines.
DAMAGE:
You are responsible for any damage you, or your party, cause to the apartment, and the cost of rectifying that damage will be charged to your credit card or by negotiation.

MISSING ITEMS:

In the event that items are missing from the apartment when you vacate, including furniture, kitchen items, decorative items, linen, cutlery and any other items that are part of the fixtures and fittings of the property, such missing items will be pointed out to you and charged to your nominated credit card.
INSURANCE:
Whilst all properties are insured, the level of cover does not extend to guests personal effects, consequently we recommend some form of travel insurance.
SMOKING:
Our properties are all non-smoking. Should evidence of cigarette smoke be found in any Accommodate property on your departure the cost to steam clean all carpet and furniture will be charged to your nominated credit card.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties
KEYS:
Should all keys and security passes to the property not be returned the cost associated with replacing the locks will be charged to the nominated credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
This deposit is non-refundable.

All confirmed bookings cancelled with less then 10 days notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50% on the total accommodation cost. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on all other cancellations. Refunds will not be given on any accommodation once the booking has commenced.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
Due to unforseen circumstances it may be necessary to accommodate you at a different property to the original property for which your booking was confirmed. Should this be necessary we will always endeavour to ensure the property you are assigned is of a better standard or at the least of a similar standard.

PLEASE NOTE:

These Terms & Conditions are in force whether or not they have been signed and returned to Accommodate.
